The chairman opened the meeting at 4:15 PM

1. Motion by Tim Perry, seconded by John Demars to accept minutes of November 18, 2009 as presented.

Vote: Aye -unanimous

2. Motion by John Demars, seconded by Tim Perry to pay the Acworth Silsby Free Library the annual payment (December 1, 2008 through November 30, 2009), as agreed with Library Trustees, in the total amount of $943.36

Vote: Aye - unanimous

3. Motion by Tim Perry, seconded by John Demars to accept the Cemetery Trustees six vouchers for reimbursement to the town for services and repairs to monuments and grounds in town cemeteries. Total $4,332.12

Vote: aye - unanimous

4. John Demars submitted the cash balance record for 2009 through 12/04/09. Noted no change in interest rates.

5. Any other business.
