Present: Doug Robinson, Stella Herpel, Jim Jennison
Town Hall closed. Note posted on the door that the meeting would continue at 22Hill Rd.
No Quorum. Discussion as follows.
Communication from B. Waugh regarding proposed ZO amendment language for warrant and ballot. Clarification seems acceptable.
DR advises that John Tuthill is pursuing clarification of Town authorization to assess fees for town administrative services.
Adamovich inquiry regarding adding crushing to Allstone quarry activities. G. Abendschein email exchange with Mary Pinkham-Langher of NH Dept of Revenue reviewed. MPL notes intent to excavate filed in 2003. Cites need for 155-E permit to excavate with attendant required hearings and bonding. Notes that disturbance of land triggers LUCT and that value of granite underlayment can be added to assessed value of the property. DR will follow up with GA to ask MPL if Site Plan Review can be applied as part of permitting, also to ask what tools can be applied to confirm that amount of aggregate removed complies with intent filed. (crushing invoices, hauling invoices, etc).
PB to be advised that Allstone permit applications may be forthcoming as soon as Feb meeting. Please review applicable regs and formulate questions and concerns.
