1. PB meeting November 24, 2009: Motion SH/JJ to approve as submitted, passed.

HEARINGS, APPLICATIONS, GUESTS:
1. Henry Bill: Site Committee relayed property visit; Discussion took place as to Zoning Ordinance disallowance of multiple dwellings on a parcel; Motion SH/BS to draft a reply to the Board of Selectmen which notes apparent noncompliance of Bill property due to current residential use of mobile home and potential residential use of old house and cites three options for attaining compliance: Demolish old house, Investigate legally binding process for relinquishing future residencial potential for old house, Subdivide and site dwellings in compliance with Zoning Ordinance, passed.
2. Bruce Bascom and Victor St. Pierre introduced Nonresidential Site Plan Review application relative to building permit for agricultural/commercial syrup storage facility; Discussion took place in which NRSPR application checklist was reviewed and project described; Regional impact was discussed: Motion GA/BS That the project is considered not to have regional impact based on criteria contained in the Acworth Subdivision Regulations, passed; Public hearing date set for January 27, 2010 at 7:30PM.

b. Bascom driveway permit: Motion SH/GA to approve with conditions unless a 400’ easterly sight line is attained by further engineering; Conditions as follows: Post signage for Private: Deliveries Only; Post signage for 10 Miles per hour and Trucks turning and entering; Approval is contingent on approval of overall NRSPR application; Approval is void if the driveway undergoes a change of use, passed.
2. HCPP: Discussion took place as to public hearing and possible scheduling with Zoning Ordinance amendment; DH to invite Ken McWilliams and Mark Goodwin for 1-19-10; Noticing needed by 1-8-10.
3. CIP: Member copies distributed.

CONTINUING BUSINESS:
1. SAV District mapping: Mark Goodwin packet distributed; GA consulted Cartographic Associates who will review MG material, Zoning Ordinance description and Ring subdivision plat to determine whether tax map depiction needs revision; This can be accomplished under Town’s CAI maintenance plan; Need courtesy memo to Ring subdivision principals that this will in no way alter their subdivision approval.
2. Zoning Ordinance amendment: Bernie Waugh review well received; Motion SH/GA to adopt BW amendment language recommendations, passed; SH will update working version for work session review.
