CARING FOR YOUR FOREST

                                      WORKSHOPS FOR LANDOWNERS

UNH Cooperative Extension along with the NH Timberland Owners Association, NH Division of Forests and Lands, NH Farm Museum, Andorra Forest, and the Quality Deer Management Association are sponsoring the following four workshops for landowners.

October 23 ~ Cutting Firewood from Your Woodlot $10.00

October 30 ~ Selling Timber? Do It Right! $10.00

All the workshops run from 12:30 – 4:30 PM.   Each  workshop is offered on the same day in two convenient locations, Andorra Forest in Stoddard, NH and the NH Farm Museum in Milton, NH. Choose the one nearest to you. The cost will cover refreshments and handout materials. Each additional family member gets a $5.00 discount per workshop. UNH Cooperative Extension county foresters and specialists, and private foresters will teach the classes. You will be "in the field" for part of each day, so come prepared for the weather.
